Summary
Conducting a learner-led review in a VET institution requires preparation in advance, particularly concerning the information and recruitment of learners. To do this, it is necessary to establish your communication strategy, involving the entire establishment including the pedagogical staff. It is essential to recruit motivated learners and to clarify the context and expectations from them. The animation of the learner-led review must be organised in collaboration with the participants: the objective is to establish a group dynamic as well as to define clear objectives for this review process. You will then be required for the follow-up phase for the recommendations proposed by the learner-reviewers: collecting the recommendations and providing responses to these recommendations, both accepted and rejected.
