Summary
After reading this module, you will know and understand the process of reviewing the results of institutional inclusiveness self-assessment and selecting areas of improvement as the starting point of a data-driven inclusivity development plan. You also know and are aware of two key prioritisation methods and can implement them for the selection of the areas for development. Finally, having an understanding of the principle of SMART goal setting, you are able to set right and achievable (motivating and realistic) goals for inclusiveness development for your school. Furthermore, as a student support teacher, you can support your students in setting priorities, selecting the areas of development, and setting relevant and measurable goals.
