Module 7 – Creating Inclusive and Empowering Classroom Environments
Faced with the challenges of learner inclusion and the need for adapted pedagogy to ensure that every learner, regardless of their needs, abilities or backgrounds, can access an equitable and enriching educational experience, enabling the environments play a key role in pedagogy.
This module will allow you to better understand the theoretical and practical foundations of enabling environments, and to imagine your own solutions to build within your professional education institutions to support your teaching teams and your learners in their learning trajectories.
Through the concrete example of the Les Ateliers Fondamentaux (Educational Workshops) at SEPR in France and practical tasks to be carried out, this module offers you avenues of reflection to design inclusive learning spaces, develop teaching practices, strengthen the dynamics of collaboration within teaching and educational teams, and thus maximise the engagement and success of your learners.
