Module 16 – Development of Data-driven Institutional Inclusivity Action Plan
Once you have completed the institutional inclusiveness self-assessment process and have received an institution-specific report that captures the current state and level of inclusiveness in your school, it is essential to accurately interpret and understand the results. In this module, we describe the process from interpretation of the results of the InclusiVET self-assessment report, through the selection of areas for improvement, to the prioritisation and setting of the goals of the action plan. We intend to cover three areas:
- reviewing results and selecting areas for improvement;
- setting priorities;
- setting targets.
In doing so, we very briefly highlight the importance of building stakeholder engagement and their involvement as the key tool of it.
