Mental health problems in teenage learners are becoming an increasingly significant issue that affects not only the well-being of learners but also their academic performance and social development. Adolescence is a period of vulnerability, and mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, eating disorders, and self-harm can have long-lasting consequences.
